Redwood Empire Officials Association, Ltd. provides officials in Mendocino County for the sports of:

Football  - Youth to Adult
Soccer   - Youth to Adult
Volleyball - Youth to Adult
Basketball - Youth to Adult
Wrestling   - High School
Softball  - Youth to Adult
Baseball  -Youth to Adult

As a sports official you are an integral part of the game. You are an Independent Contractor which means you are self- employed and are contracted to REOA. Your pay is based on skill level, the level of the game you work and which sport you officiate. Payment for service is once a month closing the 25th of each month with a check to you within 10 days after that. No taxes are withheld and a 1099 will be issued to you at year end for tax reasons.
